A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AND ACTIVATING THE ANNUAL INTER-SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY HEALTH EXPO OF CLUB YELLOW TOPS FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF PROJECT TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, AND BZP101 BLUE ZONE PROJECT – PHILIPPINES
WHEREAS,
the Local Government Unit of [City/Municipality Name] recognizes the importance of promoting health, wellness, and a drug-free lifestyle among its constituents, especially the youth;
WHEREAS,
Project TAPACAN (The Threefold Action Program Against Cigarettes, Alcohol, and Narcotics) aims to prevent substance abuse and promote healthy choices within the community;
WHEREAS,
APIHEP ONLINE (The Asia Pacific International Health Education Program of Global Frontiers Institute for Lifestyle Enrichment and Human Resource Development) provides valuable online resources and education to enhance health literacy and promote lifestyle enrichment;
WHEREAS,
BZP101 Blue Zone Project – Philippines seeks to implement strategies that promote longevity, well-being, and healthy living based on the principles of Blue Zones;
WHEREAS,
CLUB YELLOW TOPS – The Internet Computer Club of Global Frontiers Institute, a recognized organization committed to community service and technological innovation, proposes to organize an Annual Inter-School and Community Health EXPO to advance the goals of Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101;
WHEREAS,
the Annual Inter-School and Community Health EXPO will provide a platform for:
- Promoting health awareness and preventive measures.
- Showcasing innovative digital solutions for health challenges.
- Engaging students, teachers, parents, and community members in health-related activities.
- Recognizing and celebrating community achievements in health and wellness.
WHEREAS,
the Sangguniang [Bayan/Panlungsod] believes that supporting this initiative will significantly contribute to the overall health and well-being of the community;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED,
by the Sangguniang [Bayan/Panlungsod] of [City/Municipality Name], in session assembled, to adopt and activate the Annual Inter-School and Community Health EXPO of CLUB YELLOW TOPS for the advancement of Project TAPACAN, APIHEP ONLINE, and BZP101 Blue Zone Project – Philippines;
RESOLVED FURTHER,
that the Sangguniang [Bayan/Panlungsod] hereby commits to provide the necessary support and resources, including but not limited to:
- Endorsement and promotion of the EXPO through LGU channels.
- Provision of venue and logistical assistance.
- Participation of LGU health personnel in health screenings and seminars.
- Allocation of funds for EXPO activities and materials (subject to availability and budgetary limitations).
RESOLVED FINALLY,
that a copy of this resolution be furnished to CLUB YELLOW TOPS – The Internet Computer Club of Global Frontiers Institute, the Local Health Office, and all concerned departments for their information and appropriate action.
